Restore a purchase

Reinstalled the app or got a new phone? Open the app, go to the Premium screen and tap Restore. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Manage or cancel a subscription

• iPhone or iPad: Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or open your App Store subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or open your Google Play subscriptions.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Request a refund

Apple and Google process all payments, so refunds are requested from them.

• App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: follow Google’s refund steps. If it has been more than 48 hours since your purchase, email us and we’ll help.

• The app name and version
• Your phone model and iOS or Android version
• What you tapped and what happened
